HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AND SHIP AN ORDER?

Within Thailand : We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected during checkout.

International : We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped within 10-15 business days. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected during checkout.

CAN I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS OR SHIPPING METHOD AFTER I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

1. Products to be exchanged/returned must be in perfect condition, not broken or damaged. And the product has not yet been used.

2. If the products that customers order are the wrong item or order the wrong scent, and products ordered with incorrect models or scents, and purchases from other distributors, are not eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

3. If the customer is not satisfied with the product or the smell, the company does not accept the return of the product in any case. Because the aroma and intensity of the scent are personal preferences.

4. Receiving the wrong product or the wrong smell, can be exchanged/returned within 7 days from the date of purchase. By bringing the receipt to exchange/return the product according to the channel that the customer purchased and wait for verification from the shop assistant to confirm correct information.

HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN?

1. Ordering at the store.
Bring your product and receipt to contact the shop assistant at the store where you ordered within 7 days of purchase date.

2. Ordering from a website.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR REQUESTING A REFUND?

The customer submits a refund request with the following information to the channel from which the product was purchased:

1.Customer’s name

2.Receipt or order number with date of purchasing

3.Payment method

4.Refund request amount

5.Bank account details for receiving refund

6.Phone number

7.Email

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

If the conditions for a refund are met The Finance Department will refund the money to the customer in the following payment methods.

By cash or QR code (Alipay, Alipay Plus, WeChat Pay, Thai QR) and transferring money with a bank account number, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 3O days.

By debit card or credit card, the company will contact and coordinate with the bank within 15 days after receiving the request. As for the refund period according to the conditions of the bank that owns the card that the customer holds.
